Why investors want to go to Cyprus?
Overseas real estate expert says that Cypriots are known for their genuine and heartfelt hospitality which attracts overseas investors more. Investors have understood that it is not some ‘tourist charm’ but this all embracing warm hospitality is very much a part of their tradition.
James Dearsley, European Sales manager for Atlas International, has said that it was the first factor investors consider of this island apart from their family values and traditional Cypriot dishes. Investors visiting first time knows the meaning of these words Kalosorisate (Welcome) and Kopiaste (Come join us) even if they don’t know the language as it is said from their heart.
He further said that this island is wonderful to explore and investors are excited by the fact of being able to ski and to swim in the sea on the same day. He also pointed out the increase in number of flight services to the island as a direct result of appeal of the country among overseas property buyers.
Easier.com reported that this market growth is a promise of more good things to come in the future and further pointed out the symbiotic relationships between launch of cheap flights, interest of investors and adoption of euro this January.
